Sterling Tools has launched its new hand levers for butterfly valves. These sheet metal fabricated hand levers with notch plates on their range of butterfly valves (50-150mm) are applicable for online pressures of up to 12kgs/cm2 or 12bar. These levers are made out of IS 2062 steels, pressed out of complex press tools, welded, stress relieved, assembled, chemically treated and powder coated to pass meticuluos inspection / salt spray tests for dimensional accuracy, interchangeability and finish. The product consists of a handle, stem-bush, locking lever, stainless steel spring (SS 304), rivet or spring dowell pin and grub screw for locking on the stem.
Three neck designs for your choice:
Long neck kind brief neck kind and neckless kind are accessible for versatile applications. Optionally reachable NECK Mounting Kits allow handy trade of valve necks to any other type, relying on carrier conditions: (Valves want to be dismantled from pipelines for neck replacement.)
Easy valve-to-flange centering:
The light-weight die-cast aluminum valve physique (which is solely one-third of Karma Valves Industries traditional forged iron butterfly valves) eases valve-to-flange centering work on mounting valves on pipelines.
